very comprehensive , filled with color , and black & white photos.
very good read, not like some books that put you to sleep.
IP CHING goes into fine detail on stances, kicks and proper execution.
no doubt it has to be the best book on the MOOK YAN JONG!
i highly recommend this book to the wing chun practitioner !

This is a very hard-to-find book. I am glad to have found a copy here to complete my library. It took a very long time to find. I very much recommend it for any Kung Fu fan.
