Bailey never thought she'd fall in love - especially after the ordeal her best friend, Irelyn, had gone through the previous winter. So, imagine her surprise when she realizes that it has indeed happened to her.

ALL THE WRONG REASONS SEQUEL

Vicious Circles is the sequel to All the Wrong Reasons by JL Paul. There were things about Vicious Circles that I liked better than All the Wrong Reasons, but there were also things about Vicious Circles that bothered me!
It really irked me how Bailey talked about her daddy and his money. It made her sound like a spoiled, immature brat. Example, "Not much-shopped, spent daddy's money, hung out on the beach, went to a party."
Another thing that bothered me was the way Bailey put herself down. I understand that people are going to think what they want, and it is hard to change people's opinion of you, but Bailey didn't just let other people think the worst of her, she also played into it. Other people expected her to be promiscuous so she acted promiscuous. She is a flirt, don't get me wrong, but she took it farther than that. She acted like someone she wasn't just because that is how people thought of her.
On the flip side, I love how she is a take-charge person who likes to handle things on her own. She is a really strong person; she just doesn't always let it show.
This novel also had quite a few surprises. I went into this novel expecting Bailey and Spencer's love story. Nope! JL Paul really shook things up and kept things interesting. I love the unexpected turn of this novel.
It's another well-written novel by JL Paul. It's fun and easy to read. Surprisingly, it wasn't predictable. There were definitely a few surprises in store for me J
If you read and enjoyed All the Wrong Reasons then this is a must read. It's a continuation of the lives of Bailey, Irelyn, Morgan, Collin, Lucas and Spencer.
I gave Vicious Circles by JL Paul 4 STARS. I recommend this novel!!

The Autumn Review for Vicious Circles

Summary:
Bailey is the "bad girl" of the group who finds she is in love for the first time. However, it's not with the guy she's been seeing, Spencer. She's in love with Collin, Spencer's cousin and best friend. Then, to top it off, after a fun filled night with Collin, Bailey finds she's in the middle of a big circle of love. Hmmm....what's a girl to do? Will Bailey be able to commit to love with Collin?
My Take:
In MY opinion, I found that Bailey's story wasn't as complex and dramatic as Irelyn's, but I actually liked Bailey's personality better. I think she's misunderstood, but underneath is a very sweet girl. I think I expected there to be a bigger story with her, but she's got some spunk and balances out Collin nicely. I loved Collin in the first book and liked him even more in this one. Would have even liked to have seen more of him from his perspective maybe? It was a fast, easy read that I read in one day. Again, if you're looking for a sweet romance and a quick read, this is the book for you! Looking forward to the third book in the series! Hmm....wonder who it will be???

Some say V.C. is better than A.T.W.R..I am not sure if that's true or false.The books are the same time similar and different so I don't think they should be compared.I liked it and I hope you will too.In Bailey's situation there is not a triangle but a pentagon.Bailey,Collin,Spencer,Tori and Morgan's feelings create a mess.Because Bailey realises she is in love with Collin who seems to have feelings for Tori who doesn't seem to have feelings for him,Spencer who had a casual relationship with Baily until she broke up with him and everyone's trying not to hurt him and Morgan who according to Irelyn has feelings for Collin.
I had a feeling from the beginning that Morgan didn't have feelings for Collin.I won't say if I was right but what I will tell is that I didn't liked Morgan much.Before I started All the wrong reasons I thought Bailey was more like the girl next door than what she really is.Not that she is bad,in fact I really liked her.
