While not my favorite, a decent attempt.

1. This book is written to work in conjunction with Agilent's Genesys. Genesys needs a license and is expensive. Genesys is great, but I feel like the student will end up relying on whatever Genesys spits out instead of considering the concepts. In the author's defense, however, there aren't many effective freeware tools that combine everything an RF engineer needs in one neat package.
2. A Small thing but..I prefer using S.I. units, the book's examples use mostly English units.
3. The sections on the design later in the book are actually good because the author walks you through them and should have more emphasis. Maybe, that can be book itself.
