A Defferent Type of Book, How to get it Done, not what it can do

This book is so easy to use. It told me exactly what to do to get more clients using LinkedIn. I read it the same day I bought it, and was using LinkedIn before the end of the day. I'd joined LinkedIn before, though I didn't do anything with it because I didn't know what to do or where to start. After I read this book, I updated my LinkedIn Profile - the book tells you exactly how to do that -- And I joined a Group for people who used to work at the company where I worked some years ago. The next day, someone who worked for me there years ago called me. We hadn't been in touch for years. He's been looking for a new dining room table and chairs, and asked me to build them. If I hadn't bought this book, and if it wasn't so easy to use, that wouldn't have happened. WOW!
One of the best things I like about it is that there are things I can do in 15-20 minutes a day on LinkedIn. I don't have a lot of time to be doing online networking, and now I know I can spend as little as 15-20 minutes a day and get clients with LinkedIn. I give it 5 stars!

Jan makes it so easy to learn how to make the best use of Linked In. If you're interested in expanding your business contacts,finding a job, or getting new clients, this book will not only help with Linked In, but has other tips as well. A must have!

simplifying hard tasks

It is no mystery that many of the tools we use every day have more powerful functions than we realize. The trick is to be able to spend enough time to understand these and to put them to good use. LinkedIn is one such tools and probably the most under-utilized one at that. I have used it for a number of years to just stay in touch with colleagues and friends who tend to move around and, to some extent, to network with potential employers following a posting for a job.
But Jan's book allows one to use LinkedIn by making use of its many features and to enhance the ones we all already know. Whether changing one's profile, focusing one's skills and accomplishment or reaching out beyond one's own existing network, each makes LinkedIn a powerful marketing tool and Jan's clearly-written and time-saving directions give users real solutions while dispensing of the chatter and useless information that many how-to books include (probably to add bulk to a tome).
I enjoyed reading Jan's book and look forward and I will not look at LinkedIn the same way ever again. Great and useful read!
